Turkey Tips & Tricks
- Cooking Time and Temperature. 10-15 min. per pound at 350 degrees.
- Place piece of aluminum foil over turkey breasts during cooking so they don't dry out. Foil should be shiny side up.
- For final browning, remove aluminum foil, put broiler on high until turkey is golden brown.
